Hundreds of local and regional visitors enjoy live music and a relaxing view of the Gulf in Pass Christian’s Memorial Park each year on the Sunday before Memorial Day. This very popular, free event is organized by a great committee and is a program of Pass Christian Main Street Foundation.

History of Jazz in the Pass:

The first Jazz in the Pass was held on May 8, 1999, and the event continued for the next eight years as a way to show support and appreciation to Pass Christian’s musical heritage. The popular event was discontinued after Hurricane Katrina and is now able to return with the support of Pass Christian Main Street.
